We all know what a difficult market this has been for Buyers. Not only did Janet deal with this market, but she had to deal with our frustrations of losing offers we submitted. If you are looking for am extremely flexible and fast communicator, Janet is it! We had very good communication with Janet prior to our move but boy did she pull out all the stops once we arrived!!! She responded to my 6:30am texts when we found a house that went on the market! Now that is service! No problem seeing houses on the same day and returning later on in the day for a second showing. Once the contract was ratified, she continued to guide a smooth process and we couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you so much!
